Fees and Cancellation Policy

Join us for our retreat at the Early Bird price of $3200 if you register before June 15, saving $360 from the regular fee of $3560. Pay the whole thing now or secure this special rate with a $500 deposit. Individuals paying the deposit must have half the total ($1600) paid by July 15. The entire registration amount is due by September 15.

• For cancellations made before August 1, receive a full refund of any money paid minus a 3.2% credit card processing fee.
• Cancellations made between August 1 and August 30 will incur a deduction of $500 plus the processing fee. Individuals who have only paid the $500 deposit will not qualify for a refund.
• Cancellations made on or after September 1 are non-refundable. However, any payments made to that point (minus the $500 deduction) can be credited towards a future Experiential Wellness Retreat event.

Room Discount

The registration fee includes three nights in a single-occupancy room. However, we know that some attendees may prefer to share a room with a friend or associate. Should two people decide to share a room, each registration fee will be reduced by $250 ($500 total savings off the two registrations). On the checkout form, let us know you’re planning to share a room and with whom. Both registrants need to have paid a total of $1600 each by July 15.
